Photography services

Pro Baby Photos provides professional at-home newborn baby, baby, family and milestone photography sessions. The service is home-based and does not operate from a public studio.

For each session, the photographer may bring professional lighting, backdrops, props, wraps, baby outfits, styling items and photography equipment.

Service area

Sessions are available across a wide service area including London and surrounding areas. Coverage is subject to travel availability, diary availability and suitability of the booking.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the booking fee has been paid, the session details have been agreed, and these terms have been accepted.

The standard booking fee is £100. It secures the booking and is deducted from the total package price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Newborn due date bookings

For newborn sessions, the booking may be reserved based on the expected due date. Because babies rarely follow calendars, the exact session date may be confirmed after the baby arrives.

Prices and packages

Your selected package will be confirmed before booking. Current newborn baby photography packages include 10, 25 or 40 fully edited digital photos depending on the package selected.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to reschedule, contact Pro Baby Photos as soon as possible. A rescheduling fee may apply when a confirmed session date is changed by the client. If you cancel, the booking fee is normally retained, subject to statutory rights and fair assessment of loss or costs.

Session length

Newborn sessions usually last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 3 hours. The final length depends on the baby's needs, settling time, feeding, changing, the number of setups and the selected package.

Preparing your home

The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, warm and suitable space for the session. Please make sure there is enough clear space, access to power sockets, and that pets and other children are supervised where needed.

Parking and access

Because professional equipment is brought to your home, suitable parking must be available very close to the property entrance. For houses, parking should be directly outside or as close as reasonably possible. For flats or shared entrances, parking must be in the very close vicinity of the building entrance.

If suitable parking is not available on arrival, the session may be delayed, shortened, rescheduled or treated as cancelled by the client.

Health and safety

Please tell Pro Baby Photos before the session if anyone in the household is unwell. Parents or legal guardians must remain present throughout the session. The baby's safety always comes first.

Props, outfits and styling

Props, backdrops, wraps, baby outfits and styling items are selected based on suitability, safety, availability and the chosen package. Specific props or colours may be requested but are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing before the session.

Creative style and editing

By booking Pro Baby Photos, you accept the photography and editing style. Final artistic decisions are made by the photographer. Heavy editing, body reshaping, face swapping, major object removal or extensive Photoshop work is not included unless agreed separately.

Image selection and delivery

After the session, you may receive a private gallery of selected proof images or edited previews depending on the workflow. Edited images are usually delivered within 20 to 25 days after final favourites are selected.

Digital files and backups

Final edited images are supplied as digital files through an online gallery or download link. Galleries and delivered files are normally kept available for 60 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up images.

Copyright and client use

The photographer retains copyright in all photographs. The client receives a personal-use licence for the final edited images supplied as part of the package. Commercial use requires written permission.

Portfolio and privacy

Selected images may be used by Pro Baby Photos for website portfolio, social media, advertising, printed marketing and promotional material. If you want your images or your child's images kept private, tell Pro Baby Photos in writing before or at the time of booking.

Liability

Pro Baby Photos will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong due to our fault, liability will normally be limited to re-editing affected images, re-delivering files, offering a partial refund, offering a reshoot where practical, or refunding the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
